The campaign won in three categories:

The Campaign: Challenging “No Nut November”
In the spirit of Orchard Valley Harvest’s playful rebrand, the campaign took on the viral phenomenon of No Nut November and put a twist on it. As a nut brand, this was an opportunity that couldn’t slip by! Enter Ovie, the brand’s mascot, who led a fun and cheeky crusade to unite nut lovers everywhere.
The campaign invited consumers to pledge to “enjoy a nice, satisfying nut this November” in exchange for Orchard Valley Harvest donating $1 to Conscious Alliance, a charitable organization fighting food insecurity. We worked closely with our partners at Terri & Sandy, the agency behind the creative, to amplify the message with a combination of targeted social media ads, organic placement on niche spaces like the No Nut November subreddit, and humor-driven paid placements on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Grindr.
How We Did It
Despite a small budget, our strategy focused on real-time cultural relevance and creative placement where the conversation was most heated. By incorporating humor, timely messaging, and targeted media buys, we drove consumer engagement and brand awareness, all while contributing to a worthy cause.
The results? A truly successful campaign that made an impact not only in driving engagement (and awards) but also in bringing Orchard Valley Harvest’s brand into the cultural conversation.
